For Dental Professionals:

 <li>Set Your Preferences: Specify your preferred work locations.</li>
 <li>Receive Alerts: Stay informed about available shifts in your desired area.</li>
 <li>Secure Your Shift: Accept offered shifts or negotiate terms like rates and timings.</li>
 <li>Complete Your Work: Attend the shift, perform well, provide feedback, and receive payment promptly within two to three business days through direct deposit.</li>
